I believe the previous poster was referring to Pat Troughton dressing up as
a washerwoman in The Highlanders, though it's possible they even meant Bill
Hartnell in a toga in The Romans. Jon Pertwee also dressed as a female
cleaner in The Green Death, though I think we're getting a bit past "one of
the early episodes" by that point.
