well i like to see if i can find a binkd that works on amiga, and when
i say works it should work :)

I'm the coder off the new AmiBinkd, i have used before the binkd-1.0 from Zeus if i'm correct, bet i have made some changes now and make a compleet new source code.

I run this moment my Beta version and it is working fine.

I'm now working on a AmiBinkd/GUI version with a nice settup and screens...

I think it will be ready end this year, it is now on beta test on my system.

but last time i have tryed one it sends ALL my outbound to the node i called, thats not fun :/

    That's strange...

    Greetings,

    Rudi Timmermans.

super if it does, have plenty of amiga friends that would like to get it if its more stable then in 2002

I run this moment my Beta version and it is working fine.

so test that it does not send to all aka the remote have, or not, only send akas that is password protected, it might be a bug in binkd none have reported not just in amiga binkd

I'm now working on a AmiBinkd/GUI version with a nice settup and screens...

telserd and trapdoor can use emsi over telnet, and home.junc.org is waiting :)

    port 60179 is for this

super duper, if i can help verify it works then tell me

yep, but more or less its was insecure as node to use, as point it did not matter since points properly newer have more then one uplink

Benny AmiBinkd is working fine on my system i dont have any problems with it.

Like a say i used it as point system becoss AmiBink on this moment can only use as a point system.

I have to code the node system, bet i had that many work on the setup system.

The version i run i can send it to you se you can test it out this is still the command line version, i dont have ready the full setup system yet bet it works fine...

super if it does, have plenty of amiga friends that would like to get
it if its more stable then in 2002

    That's nice ;-)

so test that it does not send to all aka the remote have, or not, only send akas that is password protected, it might be a bug in binkd none
have reported not just in amiga binkd

For my reporst and log files off my Boss it dont send this out...

telserd and trapdoor can use emsi over telnet, and home.junc.org is waiting :)

Yes i know, bet this is something i will do later firt i like to have a perfect running version.

    port 60179 is for this

i was about 2 years ago with an amiga friend make one zip100 install of amiatlon, it works 100% on his pc, booted ok and all networking worked like a charm, but it did NOT work in my pc !

Like a say i used it as point system becoss AmiBink on this moment
can only use as a point system.

okay with me, but do test with multiple nodes in spot before state it stable

I have to code the node system, bet i had that many work on the setup system.

yep, testing code base for testing binkp protocol is nice, but make portable c code later is better :)

The version i run i can send it to you se you can test it out this is still the command line version, i dont have ready the full setup
system yet bet it works fine...

i will test when i can, so far my amiga hardware is not the best here, main problem is to get install of workbench 3.1 to work in 68060, floppy only created for 68040, and more worse cyberstorm-pcc kills cdrom access, ironical cdrom scsi works in cyberstorm without ppc, i have both :=)

super if it does, have plenty of amiga friends that would like to get
it if its more stable then in 2002
    That's nice ;-)

yep friends is the way to get it working, have waited long now to find one that will take the time to get something done

so test that it does not send to all aka the remote have, or not,

you dont need a boss to help, if your outbound have files for 2 diff nodes, and you call node1, and see files for node2 is not sent to node1 then it works better then when i used it :)

telserd and trapdoor can use emsi over telnet, and home.junc.org is
    waiting :)

Yes i know, bet this is something i will do later firt i like to have
    a perfect running version.

so you will make a emsi one later ?

    port 60179 is for this

or 60177 dont remember the diff right now, but my qico does emsi on both
