• Princeton mirror under ddos attack

From TJ@2:250/1 to All on Sun Jul 11 14:42:51 2021
This has been happening for at least two days now, and consequently, the mirror is out-of-date. That in turn affects any mirror that uses the
    princeton mirror as its source.

If you have not received notice of any updates to either Mageia 7 or
Mageia 8 in the last couple of days, you are most likely using one of
    the affected mirrors.

If so, for the time being you should switch to an unaffected mirror. Be
sure to check https://mirrors.mageia.org/status before picking a new
    mirror.

And when you do, do not rely on the Mageia 7 status as in the green if
the Mageia 8 status is in the red. In this particular case, that green
    status is incorrect.

Is it just the usual effect of a Monday or are all Mageia mirrors
    bedraggled?

    Cheers!

Dave Hodgins is recommending the kernel.org mirror for those of us in
North America. I've been using the distrib.coffee mirror from France the
last few days, and it's been working OK.
