Hi,

I hope someone can offer help about TOAD here.

I have just installed the free version of TOAD, and am trying to connect to an Oracle database.
I get the "Server Login" screen where I can enter a "database" and a "user/schema" and a "password". I am sure I have entered these values correctly.... but I get an error:
Initialization error: could not locate OCI dll.
What does this mean? And more importantly how do I fix it?
