    Version 2.2.1 of BAWT, the "Build Automation With Tcl" framework has been released.

    The following features are included in this release:
    - New packages: cffi, libxml2, PAWT.
    - Updated packages: poApps, ruff, scrollutil, tablelist, tcllib, twapi.
