I have a SDF account that I use from time to time. Can you clarify "Does
Not Use Include"?

There are probably only a handful of ISP's that offer dial up UNIX shell accounts in North America. Apart from SDF the only two I am aware of are Panix and Calweb. Just to _stress_ I haven't either, but from looking at their websites, they seems to offer what you are looking for. Have a look
at www.panix.com and www.calweb.com respectively. Panix has local dial-up numbers for your area.

The unix programs you use, lynx, alpine/pine, nano/pico, ftp etc should be available from any shell provider and if not I am sure they will install
them on request. Both Panix and Calweb list those programs as installed.
Both say they also offer web hosting and support.
Hope that proves useful :-)
All the best
Pat
