* The Bridge
https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/the-bridge
A puzzle-platformer where you manipulate your point of
view to move on. It's not really all that original a
concept, and the game's biggest gimmick seems to be
not its gameplay as its grey scale visuals. It's not
a bad game - if you like the sort - but it's not
really something I can get excited about either.
(also, you may already have this game in your library
since Epic already offered it as a freebie back in
January 2020).

Seems interesting, I would pick it up if I had an account.

If you're talking about this game, it's good. A direct sequel to
DX:HR though, so you shoul play that first for sure!
rms
ugh, that might be an issue then, I haven't really looked at Deus Ex
since the first game came out... about 3000 years ago.

Old saying, if you aren't the one paying for it, you aren't the
customer. You're the product.

Can't believe they had computers in 1000BC
Man I tell you gaming was hard on the early machines (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonehenge), but stuff really took off
once they managed to invent movable parts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antikythera_mechanism)

Still, it's a pretty-enough game (even 8
years later), and it isn't without its merits. It's
not the highlight of the series, but it's no
"Invisible War" either.
If you're talking about this game, it's good. A direct sequel tough, that might be an issue then, I haven't really looked at Deus Ex since >the first game came out... about 3000 years ago.
DX:HR though, so you shoul play that first for sure!

DX:HR is one of the greatest games ever made, worth playing :) Graphics etc are much improved over the original, the soundtrack is outstanding, so yeah.

Agreed. Too bad the DLCs aren't free. I remember I quite enjoyed "A
Criminal Past" although it's short. Or maybe exactly for that reason? I
don't always want to be saving the world from an extremely convoluted >conspiracy, sometimes it's enough just to break out of a prison. Same
thing with the old "Missing Link" DLC for DX:HR.
