Gosh! I remember this one. As I recall, the game was like "The Sims"
crossed with "X-Com" by way of "Luigi's Haunted House" and
"Ghostbusters". A weird mix of styles that, while intriguing in
concept, never really gelled together all that well. I remember
playing it for a few hours until the novelty wore off and it just
suddenly stopped being entertaining.

I kept intending to go back and give it another chance but I never
did.

Will it finally get that second play through? Probably not... but I'll
grab it anyway.

With GOG give-aways, it's always better to link to the actual page for
the game (which will then redirect you back to the 'get it free' link)
than the the freebie link itself.

e.g., go here
https://www.gog.com/en/game/ghost_master
and click "go to giveaway" (which sends you back to the appropriate
section of GOG's homepage)

Otherwise you get that weird error message.

I love GOG for their old games and no DRM, but their web-design (and
PR) skills aren't great ;-)
