Rumours had pointed to M3 Macs being introduced in June for delivery
this summer or fall.
However, it appears (newer rumours) the 3nm process is facing yield
issues so new Macs based on the M3 may slip into 2024 once the yield
issues are resolved.
My paranoid mind might say that Apple are deliberately delaying M3's in
order to clear M2 stock.

The leaker in this case has no track record - so my hopes can remain
high(ish) for now.
