    Did you watch Apple's video?

    which video would that be?

Apple is telling you in that video that they market to people in slums.

I doubt this. And such a video would not be effective if iPhones were
truly as outrageously expensive as has been alleged. Certainly, the
effects of advertising would be limited if, in addition to being
incredibly expensive, iPhones lacked multiple commonly desired
features, as has also been alleged.

The OP, who appears to be posting on this thread with at least two
posting IDs, can't have it both ways.

The guy walking through the slums with the yellow iPhone was wearing thick gold chains and gaudy watches and fancy suits/shoes to pretend to be rich.

it would help if this video was available. You can produce it, can't
you? And you can demonstrate that Apple is responsible for it, can't
    you?

I wouldn't be surprised if Apple didn't advertise him with a gold front
tooth since the only thing Apple advertised was the guy bought or stole
that phone so that everyone else in the slum would look up at him in awe.

It is apparent that have nothing but contempt for the intelligence of
    'slum dwellers'.

I again request that you provide this video.

Oh, his contempt isn't limited to just "slum dwellers".

    [gets out popcorn]

Let’s see how long it takes Arlen to dig up the video. And then let’s see if the video supplied is even close to what Arlen said.

    [ummm, popcorn]
