    The msu-thesis class provides a document class that conforms to
    the thesis formatting requirements of Michigan State University.
    Version 4.3 fixes some table of contents problems when the calc
    package is used, and adds yet another delimiter macro to appease
    the thesis office's thirst for superfluous colons.
