Following changes are made in the new version:

1. cas-dc-templatex and cas-sc-templatex files have been modified
to remove the placeholder text from the arguments.

2. cas-dc-sample.tex and cas-sc-sample.tex have been added as
minimal working examples for authors to try typesetting.
These are now added in svn also.

3. figs folder is modified by removing some figures and adding a new file.

4. There was an error in the cas-rfs.bib file which was corrected.

5 README file updated.

6. manifest.txt file updated.
