This package provides a LaTeX class, a BibTeX style, and a LaTeX
template to format conference papers for the Pacific Rim Thermal
Engineering Conference (PRTEC).

This update rolls the class forward from the 2019 conference to the
2024 conference, including code updates and format/content adjustments.

The .tex and .cls files are commented and should be self-explanatory.
