I had a quick look at the members of the DPT on Salsa and it seems more
than a few people haven't been active in a while.

The attached list (CSV: Name, username) are people that are neither DMs
nor DDs that haven't contributed since 2021. I'm proposing to remove
them from the team.

I have no strong opinion on this but in other teams I've set inactive
members to "guest" status which de facto disables them from commiting
as well. Just a hint no real suggestion to follow this.
