* user-params: Exclude initrd, since it's sometimes hard to avoid syslinux
appending it after "---".

* chroot_setup.sh: Mount efivarfs in /target if available.
This was tagged as debian/1.149 despite the fact we've been using the
version number without a debian/ prefix since forever for d-i packages,
which has been recorded in (almost, see recent commits in
network-console and systemd-boot-installer for outliers) all
repositories via debian/gbp.conf; that is (and was at the time
debian/1.149 got tagged) the case for this package, so it would be best
if whatever tooling is used (dgit apparently) would respect that…

Although dgit created the tag, it doesn't push it to salsa and it
doesn't care what gets pushed to salsa - it does its own tracking elsewhere. This was my fault for forgetting that d-i uses a pre-DEP14 tagging convention when I pushed - sorry about that.
I've pushed a tag matching the d-i convention now and deleted the old
tag from salsa.
I just noticed that network-console is suffering from the same problem ...
