Hi Nicholas,
Debian FTP Masters <ftpmaster@ftp-master.debian.org> (2025-05-04):
rescue (1.101) unstable; urgency=medium
.
* Team upload.
* Do source-only upload (Closes: #1104685).
Since the following files don't appear in the git repository, and aren't documented, I'd assume they got included by error, and they shouldn't be
in the source package (they weren't in either 1.99 or 1.100):
- 0001-Add-support-for-split-usr.patch (includes a 2021 indication);
- A-PLAN;
- TODO.
I'd be fine with closing my eyes and migrating 1.101 as it is, but
that'd just generate the cleanup differences in debdiffs later on.
I'd be also fine with uploading a cleaned up 1.102 if you confirm my assumption above. (Don't worry about resetting the counter, I can urgent things into testing.)
The second option would have my slight preference, and is trivial/quick
to do on my side.
Oups. That's embarrassing! I forgot that manually building a
source-only package means that files that aren't checked into git
aren't excluded. Sorry. Thank you for catching it.
Give me a moment to double-check when we started using subvolumes,
I'll let you know, and then you can fix-up that possibly buggy
changelog entry in 1.100.
