Hi,

I would like to propose downgrading mpv to lua5.1.
lua5.2, which is the version currently used, only has a few reverse dependencies left and could be removed from the archive.

I will implement this as a team upload if nobody objects.

lua5.1 is the package that is orphaned while lua5.2 isn't. I will not
downgrade mpv to an orphaned version that is even older.
