    Hi Steve,

I have seen you intend to package the Ladybird browser
and wanted to check in on its current status. I'm interested
in its packaging and was wondering if you've made any progress
or if there's anything specific you're looking for in terms of
    contributions.

Additionally, if you'd like, I’d be happy to help as a co-maintainer,
if that's something you're interested in, please let me know.

    Best,
    Carl

    Carl,

Yes, help would be very welcome. I have been able to package it, but
with many Debian policy violations still existing. And since
development is moving quickly the build is likewise soon broken.

Some of the challenges to overcome is that they are using vcpkg to pull
in some dependencies that are not available on Debian, such as Skia.

It's a little outdated and does not reflect my most recent efforts to
address the policy violations, but you might find that what I have on
Salsa is still working with the latest Ladybird code: https://salsa.debian.org/melizas-guest/ladybird

    Thanks
    -Steve
