Rationale:
1) We use »« for quoting for almost all German translations within Debian.
Seldomly „“ is used, but "" is never used (and wrong according to
German orthography)
2) The German word for „feature“ is „Funktionalität“. Even if you
would treat it as Terminus Technicus, you would at least need to
capitalize it.
As follow up, the gender of some words is adjusted („die
Funktionalität“ vs. probably „das Feature“)
3) Name (of persons, architctures etc.) are capitalized in German,See above.
unless an explicit orthography is given, e.g. PostgreSQL.
4) The last paragraph is rather freely translated. I slightly adjusted
it to bring it a little closer to the English original.
5) The 2nd change in the last paragraph should clarify the reference
(as it is in the English original): es → dies
