    Is that still this issue?

Is there more info you need from my system?

I confirm that at least the CapsLock LED issue still occurs.
In grub, the LED works as expected, but it no longer works when
I need to type the passphrase to unlock the disk.

Under X11, the CapsLock LED works again.
