obs-studio is no longer able to work with v4l2loopback 0.14.0.

Unfortunately, the error message is misleading:

Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.

Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your
video drivers are up to date.

And the log only says:

error: Failed to start streaming on '/dev/video2' (Invalid argument)
warning: Failed to start virtual camera

A patch is availble at https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/11906

Workaround for Debian at this time is to install v4l2loopback 0.13.2-1
from snapshots as 0.12.7-2 from bookworm no longer compiles with
current kernels.
