    Hello.

    Sebastian Ramacher tells me that this was really a bug in
    libmpv-dev which was fixed in 0.40.0-3.

    So the just added build-dependency was not required after all.

    I'm reopening with a reduced severity.

    unstable after today's mirror sync of 20:00 UTC (and I can build
