Description : convert Sogou IME skin file (.ssf file) to fcitx5 's classic user interface theme

With this tool , fcitx5 user will have an easier approach to have beautiful theme.
According to my speculation ,most of the target users will use this program once or twice to convert their favorite skins,
while fcix5 skin makers can use the skin editor provided by Sogou to make sougou skins first
and then convert to fcitx5 themes with only a few minor tweaks

This tool have a long history.
I fork this program from https://github.com/fkxxyz/ssfconv (216 stars)
which get logic from https://github.com/VOID001/ssf2fcitx (136 stars)
which get some code from https://github.com/KDE/kimtoy (no very relevant so I don't show star here)

fkxxyz seems to be using Arch-y distro , (s)he make a package to AUR and I guess some point between 2025/01 -- 2024/06 , this package enter Arch's official package database.
I guess it's another sign of popularity.

fkxxyz 's version squeeze all code into a single file and latest commit is 4 years ago, so I try to refactor and modernize it.

Debian's python3-pycryptodome is pycryptodomex . Took me a hell of time and finally find this out by luck.
