Hi,

bind9 has been providing the transitional dnsutils for at least two
releases, but in the last upload it dropped that binary package. dbab
Depends on dnsutils, but that dependency is no longer available.

bind9-dnsutils in trixie now has
Provides: dnsutils

If the Provides should be removed at some point, there are also a couple
of Recommends and Suggests in trixie that need fixing.
