please can you send me some minimal file bookmarks.json which would
allow me to reproduce the bug? Of course such a minimal file should not disclose personal data.
So far, I could not reproduce this bug.

The reason is unknown, but once I delete the file `bookmarks.json`, it
seems to work normal. What renders this package unusable for me is that
I have a lot bookmarks and I *don't* *want* to forgo my bookmarks.
