Bug#1104195: bzip2: bunzip2 -c and bzcat have different behaviour

Package: bzip2
Version: 1.0.8-5+b1
Severity: minor
Dear Maintainer,
I tried to use bunzip2 -c reading from a fifo, but it failed, saying it
wasn't a normal file. bzcat works fine on a fifo. As far as I can see
in the man page, they should both behave the same.
Sorry, tested on stable/bookworm only.
