    I realize time is short but it would be very useful if this release
    could be included in Trixie. There are several important bug fixes that
    would fit well with the next Stable Debian release.

    Hi all.

    Thanks for all of the contributions that have made the 4.6.3 release
    possible. As always, the project continues on thanks to you. No
    question, the passing of Mike, Black, W9MDB, has left a void but we are continuing on respecting Mike's work while making the changes necessary
    to allow Hamlib to meet the needs of users in the modern amateur radio
    station.

    it's unfortunately too late for changes that are this broad.

    Are there any specific, small fixes that we could consider
    cherry-picking?

    Hi Nate,

    it's unfortunately too late for changes that are this broad.

    Are there any specific, small fixes that we could consider
    cherry-picking?

    That really what this release is, just a lot of fixes, though there is
    one new radio model in it.

    Hopefully it can be added to Trixie backports and users that need the
    fixes can install it from there.
