In Debian 11, the SLAAC-address got the `noprefixroute` property by
default. This is not the case in Debian 12.
Why has this been changed and are those changes easy to read up on

Which manager (e.g. ifupdown, NetworkManager) do you use?
here on Debian sid with NetworkManager, noprefixroute is on every IPv6 address.
