Our Client is a leading leader in the aviation industry market and
one of the most dynamically developing companies from the Aviation
Valley. The factory, which has been operating since 2017 and
employs over 300 people, produces turbine blades for the LEAP-1A
and LEAP-1B engines.
In 2023, together with the French branch, a Research and Development
Center was established in Rzeszów. Over 250 engineers will be
employed here. In the newly established office, engineers will
deal with various types of simulations relating to components of
the entire aircraft engine.

***** Job description:

* Run technical analyses & justifications and develop other members of
the team by providing technical expertise in area of
responsibility
* Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from
R&D office at various stages of the project, conceptual to change
in definition
* Supporting Technical Leader in agreeing the new activities, defining
deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact
with internal stakeholders
* Support definition of roadmap for development of team and its
competences


***** Job requirements:

* Language: English, B2
* Master degree in engineering
* Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, "can-do" attitude
and decision-making skills
* In-depth understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory
* Professional experience within aero engineering, fluid mechanics,
engine performance
* CFD simulation experience (Ansys FLUENT or other)
