There's Free Agent. It's crippled, but free... if you can find it. Their website forteinc.com is down atm and support isn't reacting. Internal newsgroups forte.* have been down for ages. Chances are they're out of business and there are users posting license keys on alt.usenet.offline-reader.forte-agent, so it's basically free.
(I'm not gonna post my key since I actually paid for it. :-)
