The third most significant cetacean was a bottlenose
dolphin [3], at this stage 260 years ago. There were
five other cetaceans in the recent 43, including a still
living bowhead whale [1] who was at this stage 120 years ago.
Cetacean regions included up to 30 km inland from
oceans, seas, major rivers, and some lakes accessible
from major rivers. Also note that those descended
from at least one who was in the region when the
original working became fully on are covered by the
popthrough healing circle prescription subcomponent,
as are those now in the region, and those covered by
belief, and any still around, e.g. some afterlife someones
still in my global region. Belief coverage and still
around coverage is full strength, descent and in
original region are just 1/5 strength (obviously e.g.

I tried again tonight beginning at Eid-al-fitr onset
(earliest waxing crescent), and the Jacob, Jesus, Moses,
Rama, Krishna, and Buddha popthroughs have all been
applied as of 0541 UTC April 10, 2024. However I won’t
believe this unless my mystic web page counter starts to
move, which would indicate that there are effects,
blocks are lifted, and people are starting to get interested.
The six cetacean popthroughs in the recent 43 were
applied earlier, and numbers 55 and 56 will be applied
shortly, probably within the next twenty minutes.

I am pretty sure I saw the waxing crescent for the first time
this lunar month at about 1600 UTC April 10, 2024, through
some leafless tree branches, before it got cloudy, and
with that in mind I am trying again.
