He was nominated for Best Actor as he was in other awards including
the Golden Globes. Being nominated is quite an honor.

Several blockbuster films in the 1966 awards including "The Sound oif
Music" (winner) and "Dr. Zhivago" (which should have won). Other
great films that were largely ignored, "A Patch of Blue" and "Flight
    of the Phoenix". Others, too.

One of the principal characters: "Victor Komarovsky".

He won Best Actor for "In the Heat of the Night". Terrific
performance, although I thought his gum-chewing was staged and too
    exaggerated.

That the Best Actor went instead to Lee Marvin for CAT BALLOU typifies
    those Academy Awards.

Rod Steiger was overlooked because he was a great actor but not Jewish.

A lot of actors try too hard to get a Oscar for best actor so they plot to do a Jewish Holocaust film
to attract a best actor award.

Hollywood can see through that and ignore those actors that try to hard to win.

Eventually the public can see Hollywood is ignoring him because he is not Jewish...(worse he might be German) so
Hollywood gives him an oscar for best actor just to make them look good. But it doesn't help. Hollywood
are still racist against everyone in the world...especially German people.

    Marlon Brando knew that.

    Everyone inside Hollywood knows that.

The people outside of Hollywood just look the other way.

Can you think of a better reason to kill six million people?
