  • A Biography of Marie Windsor

From Denise Noe@21:1/5 to All on Sat Dec 24 15:11:43 2022
I wrote a biography of Marie Windsor that her son has praised. It is called "A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing: The Life of Marie Windsor."

I'd like to know what people think of it.

You are to be admired for writing a book and submitting it for
    publication.

I wonder about the market. Who is your market for this book? Older
people might remember her, but she never got top billing if you
understand what I mean. I don't see any memorable films in her
filmography - but that may be because I am not that knowledgeable
about films as some people are.

Younger folks may not recognize her name at all, and that's about all
I can say except "good luck" in marketing your book.

(Denise Noe) She starred in Stanley Kubrick's "The Killing" which is widely regarded as a classic. She starred in "Force of Evil" which is similarly regarded.
In her film, she was often a lady outlaw and gunslinger or a gangster. There is a certain sense in which, through her characters, she challenged traditional sex roles and that should be of interest.
Why don't you read the book and just see what you think of it?
