    The whole story of that movie was rendered obsolete well before it was even written. They already established they could reset the age of a person with
    the transporter. Dont remember the episode name, but picard, ro, guinan all
    get reset to pre adolenscents. No need for a fountain of youth radiation belt when you can just beam off a decade or two every now and then.
