    Maureen O'Hara was spanked three times if you count Spencer's Mountain (it was only one swat so arguably doesn't count), Flame of Araby and McLintock.

    Also surprised nobody has mentioned Susanna Foster who was spanked twice. Once in The Hard Boiled Canary and again in This is the Life.

    Gale Storm got Charlie Farrell's hand on her backside a few times in
    "My Little Margie". She was also spanked in the 1949 Western
    “Stampede”.

    Apparently, Farrell also spanked her for showing up late for shooting
    scenes one day.
