    World" available for reading on-line? Has anyone started translating
    it for general public (fan fiction) to read?

    The two places you want to check when you have a question of this nature are Amazon (to see if someone like J-Novel Club has picked it up) and https://www.novelupdates.com (which is the most comprehensive listing of
    CJK fan-translations that I'm aware of). If neither of them has heard of it, it's likely that no one is translating.

    If a novel isn't listed on Novel Updates, I usually try a Google search
    next: some translators don't list their releases on NU.
