Does anyone have any experience with these two models or have other recommendations?

What sort of use will the juicer get? Is it for something that will be

direct experience to share. Do you have a mixer for which you could
get a juice attachment? That might work, too. I have never heard of
the Eurolux at all.
My electric juicer is - no exaggeration - is at least 35 years old. A Proctor-Silex that has performed beautifully, albeit no more than
weekly all this time. I have made a lot of lemonade and many lemon
meringue pies with that thing, as well as the usual orange juicing.The current P-S ones do not resemble it all, or I would heartily recommend
it..

The P-S Juicit that you gave me the link for looks fantastic. A couple of questions that I have in mind about this: It appears that to operate this Juicer, I just place the half of the orange or lemon on the porcelain auger (cut side down) and theauger spins automatically when turned on. Does this efficiently ream out the orange half entirely? Does one need to press hard to get all of the juice out?

You do need to exert pressure downwards on the fruit. I have been
fortunate enough not to find that burdensome, but if you have issues
with hand/wrist mobility or strength, this might not work out for you
and you may need to seek out something that works automatically.
Alas, I have no experience with those designs
I will say that I have rheumatoid arthritis, and have not found the
P-S a problem, but I have been fortunate in its minimal effects on my
hands. Not all are so lucky.

The juicer works well. You will find, however, that some varieties of citrus, even within oranges or within lemons or within limes, will
give up more or less juice.
To get more juice from your fruit, roll it around on the counter a bit
or zap it in the microwave for about 10 seconds before juicing. I do
not recall exactly what that does - something to do with the
membranes, but it does help.
