I am posting this via groups.google.com since the
Eternal September newsserver is currently down, and
that may be the case until the morning since they
are in Europe.
Wild Rose (Rawlins Cross, written by Dave Panting)
Sunrise in the morning
Birds singing on every tree
A greeting and a warning
The song that they're singing is “Be free!”
Young rambler on the roadside
All around the world he goes
Never knowing what he will find in his quest for the great unknown
Wild rose in the forest
Wild rose on the moor
Dawn mist on the mountain
Combers crashing on the shore
We rejoin our hero as he wanders from door to door
A heart full of legend
Dreams of love on a foreign shore
Wild rose in the forest
Wild rose on the moor
Dawn mist on the mountain
Combers crashing on the ….
Wild rose in the forest
Wild rose on the moor
Dawn mist on the mountain
Combers crashing on the shore
This reminds me of my blue rose vision, and of my current
rambling around the world of Usenet newsgroups.

Dave Panting is playing The Black Sheep Pub from 2:30--5:30 p.m.
on St. Patrick’s Day and I should be able to make the last hour
of that plus the show of Colleen Power, Sherry Ryan, Darren
Browne, and Jason Whelan there from 6 to 9 p.m., before going
home to watch The Juno Awards hosted by my fave Sarah McLachlan.

This reminds me of my blue rose vision,
As of course does the song Bright Blue Rose by Jimmy MacCarthy:
"One bright blue rose
Outlives all those
Two thousand years and still it goes
To ponder his life and his death eternally”
which has been covered by many artists including Christy Moore,
I think Mary Black, and also Jenny Gear here in Newfoundland
(she and Sandy Morris are playing Folk Night at The Ship Pub
on Wednesday March 20).
and of my current
rambling around the world of Usenet newsgroups.

I think Finbar Furey has some matchmaking sensitivity as well
and may be able to confirm that match.
And Sarah McLachlan, who is the devi type to me as avatar type,
is known to Paddy Moloney, Seamus Egan, and Sinead O’Connor
(and Finbar Furey is probably known to them if Sarah wants to
consult him, but I doubt she talks to anyone about me and
our powerful touch and later powerful eye contact in 1995;
note that the 24th anniversary of the eye contact will be May 13,
when Finbar will be playing Holy Heart of Mary Auditorium, which
I have ONE ticket to).
Does the above mean that I am again claiming to be able to
divine someone’s special abilities and best musical
instrument(s)? No, not yet, but I might give it a go.
Also I wonder about the crystal trick that Alan MacLeod
did with me, but I have funneled that.
