according to a report from the Washington Post, Trump insiders are
floating the possibility of invoking the Insurrection Act immediately
after being sworn in, to quell public unrest over his return to the
Oval Office by using the military to put down potential protests the
    moment he takes power

the report also notes that there have been discussions with Trump on
how to use the Justice Department to go after the former president's
    perceived political enemies

law professor Saikrishna Prakash, of the University of Virginia told
the Post: "It would resemble a banana republic if people came into
office and started going after their opponents willy-nilly"

the Post is reporting, "The discussions under way reflect Trump’s
determination to harness the power of the presidency to exact revenge
on those who have challenged or criticized him if he returns to the
    White House"

I watched the above repeated on PBS News Hour on Nov 7: https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/how-trump-sees-a-2nd-term-as-a-chance-to-promote-loyalists-and-punish-critics

Are Trump's supporters aware of the results of Biden's/Democrats'
misnamed Inflation Reduction Act of Aug 2022, which is driving
historic climate action and investment in America to create many good
    paying jobs.

    As of July, 2023:
The IRA has created 170,000 clean energy jobs already for
electricians, mechanics, construction workers, technicians, support
staff, and many others, with new manufacturing in wind, solar,
batteries, electric vehicles, and storage projects across the country.
There are 272 new clean energy projects in small towns and big cities nationwide, totaling $278 billion in new investments.

Plans include *91* new battery manufacturing sites in places like
Tucson, Arizona; Rochester, New York; and Florence County, South
Carolina. So far, companies have announced plans for 65 new or
expanded electric vehicle manufacturing facilities in Savannah,
Georgia; Montgomery, Alabama; Auburn Hills, Michigan, and more.
A further 84 plans were announced to develop wind and solar
manufacturing in cities including Cochranton, Pennsylvania; Pensacola,
Florida; and Georgetown, Texas. The majority of projects are in 10
states - Michigan (24 projects), Georgia, South Carolina, California,
Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, New York,Ohio, North Carolina (9 projects).

Most of the new clean energy projects are also located in
Congressional Districts represented by Republican members of the House
of Representatives. Since the passage of the IRA, 96,216 new jobs and
over $224.8 billion in investments have been announced across 152
clean energy projects in 92 Republican-held districts.

Research from the Brookings Institution finds that landing a clean
energy job can result in an 8 to 19 percent income increase, and 45
percent of all workers in clean energy production only have a
high school diploma, while earning higher wages than similarly
    educated peers in other industries.

The Department of Energy’s recent U.S. Energy & Employment Jobs Report
has shown that the transition to a clean energy economy will benefit
    union workers ...
