Here we are. The all time tournament for the pre-1947 segment of our song tournaments. We held 5 of these over the past couple of years. The top 8 finishers from each of those 5 tournaments give us a full 40 songs to work with here. So we will start with
a Preliminary round of 8 groups with 5 songs apiece. The last place item from each group will drop out to get us to 32 songs for the min tournament.

Each of the 8 preliminary groups will be made up of one song from each of the 5 tournaments. The first group will be posted tomorrow, January 2.
