That's close to my theory. If you're going to sell that stuff it doesn't make any sense to keep the paper copy, unless you're going for
the collector market. Even an inept spy would reduce that stuff down to something easily hidden. If necessary I'm sure he knows plenty of people
who would help him hide it better.
