    Legal carry works - unless you are the FBI. They appear to hate LC or
    as incompetent as they act.

    Between 2014 and 2021, there were 204 active shooting incidents carried
    out in areas that allowed people to carry firearms, according to the
    data. Out of the 204 cases, 104 of them were thwarted by an armed
    citizen, meaning 51% of attacks were thwarted by people legally carrying concealed handguns, according to the report.

    Due to the criteria/bias the FBI uses they claim only 4% were thwarted.

    "Massive errors in FBI’s Active Shooting Reports regarding cases where civilians stop attacks: Instead of 4.4%, the correct number is at least
    34.4%. In 2021, it is at least 49.1%. Excluding gun-free zones, it
    averaged over 50%."

    How could there be 204 shooting incidents, when 104 of them were "thwarted"? Does that mean a gun toting, non-LEO, made a citizens arrest?
