RSGB IT Helpdesk still busy but situation improving

There have been very long delays on the RSGB IT Helpdesk recently due to an unprecendented number of tickets in the system this has of course been exacerbated by the rollout of our upgraded Membership Services login
system. The situation is now improving, but there are still long wait
