I have a problem with my HTX242. When I put an RJ45 with a network cable I put my wire for the PTT and when I put it to the ground to activate my PTT and transmit my radio resets and when I remove the wire from the ground the radio returns to the right
frequency. My two HTX242 do the same thing. But when I put the original microphones they transmit well????

This problem is weird. I can't put a TNC or a repeater controller. Because when they activate the PTT the radios reset and as soon as the activation of the PTT is finished they return to the established frequency?????

The PTT is 5Vdc and to ground when it transmit with is mike...

OK I found it. it was a short circuit. Everything is solved...

You have a short circuit. I would think even a fucking retard
like you could figure that out.

    Glad I could help.
