• (OT) Judge rules Donald Trump defrauded banks, insurers

NEW YORK (AP) — A judge ruled Tuesday that Donald Trump committed fraud
for years while building the real estate empire that catapulted him to
fame and the White House, and he ordered some of the former president’s companies removed from his control and dissolved.

Judge Arthur Engoron, ruling in a civil lawsuit brought by New York
Attorney General Letitia James, found that Trump and his company
deceived banks, insurers and others by massively overvaluing his assets
and exaggerating his net worth on paperwork used in making deals and
    securing loans.

Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for them to do business in
New York, and said he would continue to have an independent monitor
    oversee Trump Organization operations.

If not successfully appealed, the order would strip Trump of his
authority to make strategic and financial decisions over some of his key properties in the state.

Trump, in a series of statements, railed against the decision, calling
it “un-American” and part of an ongoing plot to damage his campaign to return to the White House.

“My Civil rights have been violated, and some Appellate Court, whether federal or state, must reverse this horrible, un-American decision,” he
wrote on his Truth Social site. He insisted his company had “done a magnificent job for New York State” and “done business perfectly,” calling it “A very sad Day for the New York State System of Justice!”

Engoron’s ruling, days before the start of a non-jury trial in James’ lawsuit, is the strongest repudiation yet of Trump’s carefully coiffed
image as a wealthy and shrewd real estate mogul turned political powerhouse.

Beyond mere bragging about his riches, Trump, his company and key
executives repeatedly lied about them on his annual financial
statements, reaping rewards such as favorable loan terms and lower
    insurance costs, Engoron found.

Those tactics crossed a line and violated the law, the judge said,
rejecting Trump’s contention that a disclaimer on the financial
statements absolved him of any wrongdoing.

“In defendants’ world: rent regulated apartments are worth the same as unregulated apartments; restricted land is worth the same as
unrestricted land; restrictions can evaporate into thin air; a
disclaimer by one party casting responsibility on another party
exonerates the other party’s lies,” Engoron wrote in his 35-page ruling. “That is a fantasy world, not the real world.”

It should be shutdown, the fear of losing the status quo has been the driving force behind our spiral decline.

But do you really think they have the guts to do it or is it the same

But weren't you telling us that Biden caused all those poor sailors to

    https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2023/09/29/military-pay-during-gov-shutdown/71002317007/

"If there is a shutdown in just a few days, our service members would be
required to continue working but would be doing so without pay, and
hundreds and thousands of their civilian colleagues would be
furloughed," Sabrina Singh, the Pentagon's deputy press secretary, told

Congress will still be paid though... yet here you are cheering these guys

The cynical term "kabuki theater"  of the arragoto sums it up nicely.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabuki

"Kabuki theatre is known for its heavily stylised performances, its
glamorous, highly decorated costumes, and for the elaborate kumadori
make-up worn by some of its performers."

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aragoto

"Aragoto, or 'rough style', is a style of kabuki acting that uses
exaggerated, dynamic kata (forms or movements) and speech."

To me, it appears that we're connected at the hip to the lowest common denominator of the electorate; it is like you are chained to the railing

They appear to not be up to the task so far as vetting candidates, so

    Just a thought...

    Maybe it's about elections?
As spending carelessly & strong economy would be good for
Democrats/Biden. Just print/loan the fucking money. Who cares about
    inflation.

As for Republicans bad economy would arguably be good at the voting

    great again".

    Right?

Also, Republicans can say that they tried to stop illegal immigrant flow
from Mexico. How many come to USA each year, 1 million?

It's not "Ukraine defense", it's ZOG attack on Russia.

    Jews run Ukraine.

    https://www.wsj.com/articles/why-does-ukraine-have-a-jewish-president-ask-isaac-babel-volodymyr-zelensky-russia-writer-red-cavalry-11646667318

    Jews run America.

    https://www.timesofisrael.com/all-the-jews-biden-has-tapped-for-top-roles-in-his-new-administration/

Jews are channeling American money and recourses to slaughter as many Christian Slavs as possible and weaken the only white major nation they do not control.

Jew US secretary of state Blinken meets Jew president of Ukraine and they have a nice chat.

    https://www.state.gov/secretary-antony-j-blinken-and-ukrainian-president-volodymyr-zelenskyy-before-their-meeting-2/

This is a separate issue from the evil of military industrial complex. For them it doesn't matter what kind of war it is, just profit.

But the Jews who are in charge of America do want to destroy Russia so that's what we have.

There is no other solution to this than defeat.

Either Russia and China defeat Jewish America in the Russian borderlands (oukraina), or patriots within America defeat the Jews and retake their country and stop this.

Russian defeat is not possible, war is in Russian borderlands and Russia will fire nukes if it is necessary.

Jewish victory, meaning Ukraine victory with gay parades and russophobic militarized society won't happen. They call it "bullwark" of NATO military hardware, missiles aimed at Russia, and degenerate, perverted population.

It's both. Jews, Nazis and don't forget neonazis (Slavic Ukrainian idiots).

You can't really blame Jewish USA alone, as the Germans (Nazis) are pushing their old stuff about conquering fertile Russian borderlands for themselves.

    Hitler:

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunger_Plan

"Hitler himself had stated in August 1939 that Germany needed "the Ukraine, in order that no one is able to starve us again as in the last war"."

    Scholz:

    https://www.voanews.com/a/germany-says-ukraine-belongs-in-the-european-union/7263496.html

von der Leyen (German puppet leader of EU):

    https://www.euronews.com/2022/02/27/ukraine-is-one-of-us-and-we-want-them-in-eu-ursula-von-der-leyen-tells-euronews

EU is a modern German subempire of Jewish USA, so if something belongs to EU it's essentialy German possession, even though it's ultimately owned by Jews.

Germans are mostly very candid and will explain it to you directly when they want to steal something from you of hurt you.

In that sense they're better than Jews.

You just end up being confused about Nazis (Germans), neonazis (anti-Russian Slavs) and Zionists (Jews), as if they can't find common ground.

    Yes they can.

Remember Federer and Nadal fought each other, and their fans argued, but then Djokovic came and fought them both. And Fedal fans changed their relationship and turned their attention to Djokovic a lot more, burying the hatchet.

Jewish Nazi Ukraine is kinda like Fed fans and Nadal fans pact against Djokovic (fans).

    It's perfectly clear.

motive is apparently wanting McCarthy out. I trust Gaetz completely,
he seems like a really straight up fellow.

But why Democrats voted against the bill? It seems that it's
Democrats who want to shut down government and not pay the military...

    Politics as usual.

It's not a serious bill, and if you remember a deal to prevent these shenanigans was already agreed to earlier this year. The republicans
    are reneging on the deal.

Russian defeat is not possible, war is in Russian borderlands and Russia will fire nukes if it is necessary.

    https://www.euronews.com/2022/02/27/ukraine-is-one-of-us-and-we-want-them-in-eu-ursula-von-der-leyen-tells-euronews

EU is a modern German subempire of Jewish USA, so if something belongs to EU it's essentialy German possession, even though it's ultimately owned by Jews.

Germans are mostly very candid and will explain it to you directly when they want to steal something from you of hurt you.

    Yes.

And that's simply recognizing an evolutionary urge to come out on top.

    Who wouldn't want to?

In that sense they're better than Jews.

Well, I see it as Jews using what Germans never thought of, or consider...AHEM!..unkosher: duplicity.

Bear in mind that duplicity is one tool that Machievelli, hisownself,
advises Lorenzo Di Medici to use, if he wants to come out on top, and
    stay there.

You just end up being confused about Nazis (Germans), neonazis (anti-Russian Slavs) and Zionists (Jews), as if they can't find common ground.

    Yes they can.

    Agreed.

As everyone who's hip knows: politics makes strange bedfellows.

Also advised by Machievelli. Join with another power (conspire) against
a 3d party whom neither can beat alone, then turn around immediately
after, and screw your exhausted former ally.

BTW, this is why conspiracies do not last long.

I'm not exactly using Machievelli as an authority. I'm trying to show
that I didn't just make this shit up.

    Yup.

Funny, modern woke poster = most notorious Nazi propaganda.

It shows you much of it was true.

Anyway, Jews won and now Germans are doing to themselves what Jews wanted to do to them. Brown them, erase them, eradicate them.

    It's the price of defeat.

But go figure this, even these modern Jew obeying and brown worshiping self-mutilating Germans have retained Nazi appetite for Russian borderlands?

Imagine doing everything opposite from Hitler, building your entire identity on opposing Hitler's legacy, but maintaing his main geopolitical course?

    Push towards Russia?

    It's amazing really.

German panzers, now with gay flags instead of swastikas, are rolling in the east of Europe against Russia, again.

I know Jews are ultimately behind this, as they run the West, but Germans, you deserve everything Jews are doing to you...

Problem is, Jews want to do it to all of us, not just to Germans.

So like it or not, and I do not like it, we are obliged to help Germans in order to save ourselves.

But Germans are not making it easy for us to help them.

They're always going all-in, until the bitter end. No one there is going to rebel against the Jews.

True that. :)Here is a very clear explanation what they want...https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F7Qq7UpXEAAqjCc?format=jpg&name=smallLet's put this up for good measure...https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F7RZp2QWoAADzTd?format=jpg&name=medium

    Yup.

Funny, modern woke poster = most notorious Nazi propaganda.

It shows you much of it was true.

Interestingly, Germans themselves don't want immigration either...

    27% thinks immigration brings benefits
    64% thinks immigration causes problems

Germany may need another Hitler to correct the wrongs of past years.

-People are fed up, all over Europe. If politicians won't do something
now the future will be grim and far-right

-What blows my mind is that 27% still think it brings benefits. Can't
get enough of those doctors and engineers clearly

-Who wouldn't just arrive at a country if you knew you were guaranteed
free accommodation, food, healthcare, education and given money ? It's madness...

-I just visited Germany for the very first time, needless to say my
image of what Germany is supposed to look like is completely shattered. Specifically I was shocked to see there’re so many Turkish ppl and
middle easterners. It’s almost like I was visiting an Arab country.
Because of this experience, I had to cross Germany off of my country to
    visit list

-As a high skilled migrant myself from a father who is a doctor who has
also migrated years ago, you have to agree that borders need more
control. it's for economical and practical reasons. Even migrants dont
expect Europe to just open its arms and take them in, but a lot of them
are desperate and they see it as worth the try. But it shouldn't be
considered "inhumane" or "selfish" that developed countries want to
control their borders. We have borders for a reason. Unfortunately with

Many. Russia & other factors are also to blame, in addition to USA.

And they're not sending us their best.

    Today's news from Finland:

Iraqi refugee came to Norway, married a Norwegian woman, had two
children. Took the wife to Iraq, paid for her murder so he could have
the house in Norway etc. Was sentenced to death in Iraq. Escaped from
    prison likely with inside help...
Came to Finland as Syrian refugee.
Immigration office got finally aware of the situation, got to court but
he claimed that he didn't do anything and was tortured for confession in Iraq.... got off the hook and is now married to a Finnish woman and
working in auto repair shop in Vantaa, not far from here, living happily
ever after. At least for now.
Immigration & justice system working perfectly again. Unbelievable.

Previous "caught" refugees here include couple African war criminal mass murderers...
and recent case is a Wagner Ukraine war criminal who got resident permit
in Finland under false name and is now waiting whether he will
    extradited to Ukraine...

Managed to immigrate twice, married twice to a Norwegian and a Finnish woman, this guy has connections.

You guys aren't doing what you are supposed to do, marrying your local women, leaving them desperate to marry refugees working in auto repair shops.

But it's the same now, everywhere, leaving great opportunities for immigrants :)

This is what I consider a closer look at an ongoing world transformation.

In 200 years it will be taught in history books.

Seriously, you're right. Just the other day, there was an article in my
daily MSM, not on mating itself, but on men having no offspring. Finland
is perhaps the leading country in the world of childless men. And the percentage of men without offspring has risen substantially. The same percentage among women has also gone up, but much less so.

There's several causes, known and unknown, for this but the growing gap
between educations of some men and the education levels of women is
probably the biggest. Educating women is a mighty prophylactic.

But it's the same now, everywhere, leaving great opportunities for immigrants :)

Yes. Some of them palefaces play themselves out before the game is even
on. 13% of Finnish men of 25-29 neither work nor study. Disturbing. To
make up for this bunch, that will likely never reproduce, we need to
import boatloads of Demmie voters. Imma ok with that. The alternative is
a smaller Finland with years of growing smaller pains. The downside of
all this is that the frustrated 13% will likely turn into extremism and trolling. "It their fault!"

Girls, on the whole, do better. And they still want to build families
    (as do most men).

This is what I consider a closer look at an ongoing world transformation.

In 200 years it will be taught in history books.

I think it already is. We are the result of thousands of years of
Kalergi. The wheel keeps on turning: the population of Africa is
expected to double in umpteen years, climate change is making desert out
    of arable land, etc.

Ve vill be brown one day.

your local women, leaving them desperate to marry refugees
    working in auto repair shops.

That's why Iceberg would score here like no tomorrow.

Seriously, you're right. Just the other day, there was an
article in my daily MSM, not on mating itself, but on men having >>>>>>>> no offspring. Finland is perhaps the leading country in the
world of childless men. And the percentage of men without
offspring has risen substantially. The same percentage among
women has also gone up, but much less so.

There's several causes, known and unknown, for this but the
growing gap between educations of some men and the education
levels of women is probably the biggest. Educating women is a
    mighty prophylactic.

    You're pretty clueless on everything.

Obviously a child usually has a mother and a father.

What happens is that men don't have less children,

    Please, contribute when you're sober.

I hope you're not sober as you clearly don't understand the
dynamics even after explanation. Should I draw a picture?

WHat actually does happen is that men have less children.

    More virgin births?

    ?

Everybody have less children. Check the demographics out.

Yes, but fewer men have children compared to women. That means some men
are having children with multiple women.

    Lol.

it's not educating women that's doing it, it's the encouragement by the leftists/globalists to get them not to marry eg. get a career and only care about your job not family or relationships.

"It their fault!"

so your solution to the problem you created is a ponzi scheme, which robs other nations of their people, how sick.

Girls, on the whole, do better. And they still want to build families
    (as do most men).

how come there's so many girls if there are less people? hmmmm sounds like you're lying again. Much like how immigration doesn't cause problems with lack of social resources like the NHS etc.

Ve vill be brown one day.

so you admit full scale Kalergi is true then.

    Interesting comments below the video...

-People are fed up, all over Europe. If politicians won't do something
now the future will be grim and far-right

-What blows my mind is that 27% still think it brings benefits. Can't

-Who wouldn't just arrive at a country if you knew you were guaranteed
free accommodation, food, healthcare, education and given money ? It's

How many refugees were taken from Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, etc.?

Immigration office got finally aware of the situation, got to court but
he claimed that he didn't do anything and was tortured for confession in Iraq.... got off the hook and is now married to a Finnish woman and
working in auto repair shop in Vantaa, not far from here, living happily ever after.

JUSTICE! there's zero chance of him being extradited, surely Pelle will jump in and help find a loop hole like he did with the Iraqi guy?

Also Europe is going to "disappear" with less people, rather than just use less resources which would mean much much better services for everyone and better for the planet too. 15 years ago before mass immigration here you could get a doctor or

Defunding the NHS is to blame. The same has already happened to the
(public) HC here. The PerSu lady is itching to gut it completely.

Defunding?! you mean the $400BILLION that gets given to the NHS per year, that's not enough and most of that is from income tax not our health tax, amazing defunding system whereby it's been given more and more money every single year for about 50
    years!

    -- Lyndon B Johnson

P.S. you do know LBJ also said I'll Have Them Black Idiots Voting Democrat for the next 200 Years too?

I believe he also said that Pelle would empty his pockets for Finnish
Green Party / Social Democrats as long as he can look down on PerSu.
    Pelle lives for it.

    FFS...

    ?

Everybody have less children. Check the demographics out.

Yes, but fewer men have children compared to women. That means some
men are having children with multiple women.

    Lol.

    Powerful argument, as always.

Pelle reckons somehow there are far less people being born, yet there
are still the same amount of women! LOL
Also Europe is going to "disappear" with less people, rather than just
use less resources which would mean much much better services for
everyone and better for the planet too. 15 years ago before mass
immigration here you could get a doctor or dentist appointment within
a day or two, now it's over a month

Defunding the NHS is to blame. The same has already happened to the
(public) HC here. The PerSu lady is itching to gut it completely.

I see you're lying here again.
I guess one has to lie when facts don't match the agenda.

Have you noticed that the left has become Fox News... as in the cause
    justifies the means. Always half-truths.

Defunding?! you mean the $400BILLION that gets given to the NHS per year, that's not enough and most of that is from income tax not our health tax, amazing defunding system whereby it's been given more and more money every single year for about
    50 years!

The final blue block is of the size it is because of covid. It's the same here, but resources for covid are resources off something else. The ten past years of NHS austerity is well known. Farage and his buddies would finish it off if they had the chance. Yet, you keep voting for them.

We have our own Icebergs here ...
    too funny excuse HAAH AHAAHHAHAHA
    it's the immigrants you dimvit,
... with the same one-size-fits-all arguments.

    Possibly. Can you provide proof?

it's a very famous LBJ quote, quit pretending you've never heard it.

I do figure LBJ was probably quite the racist, but he was mostly an opportunist.

why are you only ever concerned about black folks, you didn't ask Pelle for "proof" about his lowest white man quote?
