I asked a friend and he got the betting odds from
flashscore, I think. I guess it was on Thursday
    when the draws were out.

    The odds on Thursday were:

    Zverev wins: 1.25
    Nadal wins: 4.00

So Zverev is a big favourite, but Nadal's
    victory is not totally impossible.

    Hah!

I got as far as "What if Nadal came smoking..." and thought of Karsten Braasch.

Karsten Braasch did all of tennis a big favor. He pretty much ended the
thought process that women can compete against men on a tennis court.
And I bet most women tennis players appreciate that.

This is from a tennis fan...I enjoy watching both sexes of those amazing athletes.

    Could happen. He looks confident.

He should have a good run to the final and I suspect Alcaraz will be
impaired in some way and lose.

But no matter what, his first opponent will be tough, or very tough.

It's 5˚C colder tomorrow than it was today. And a decent possibility of
    light rain.

    A moonballing weather.

lol, colder isn't what Nadal needs. Nadal wants hot clay on which
his spinny balls explodes on the bounce.

Cold mutes all kinds of power. Who relies more on power. Z or Rafa?

The Rafa of this year has done little else other than moonballed.
