The point at 4-5 30-15 in the fourth set is unbelievable.

Rafa makes these all day long...

TT, do you still have doubts about Alcaraz?

I said last year that Alkie is natural on grass and will win plenty of Wimbledon trophies...

But yes, the kid is a choker. :)

Choking tends to show up in matches that go to 5 sets. Alcaraz has the
best winning % in the open era 12-1 = 92.3%. Borg is now 2nd best on 87%

The only match Carlos lost was in a 5th set t/b to Berrettini at AO
before he won a slam. He says he loves playing 5 setters and is
confident he'll win. Bit scary to not only have otherworldly talent but
also the grit and confidence to fight to the bitter end, and actually
get better the longer it goes. He's going to be the type of goat who
can lift and win any slam no matter how poorly he's playing coming in.

He's a few yrs from his peak so you wonder if it's going to be a 1 man
show for 10 yrs? At least he'll never be boring with the talent he has.

Pretty amazing he's won the 3 biggest slams already on all 3 surfaces,
just needs AO for career slam at 21, 3 yrs younger than Rafa was at 24.
