She's won 7 tournaments in total, 4 of them slams - 2 USO and 2 AO.
She's a complete non factor at Wimbledon and FO, and grass and clay in
general.
She's only won 5 matches at Wimbledon in her whole career never
advancing beyond 3rd rd - Krejcikova won 7 in 1 tournament.
She's only won 8 matches at FO in her career, never advancing beyond 3rd rd.
Unbelievably she actually got to no.1 in the rankings, thanks largely to holding 2 slams at the same time and Indian Wells. She won USO in 2018
and then a few months later 2019 AO. She repeated this by winning USO
in 2020 and then 2021 AO. So she achieved the impressive feat of
winning a slam 4 years in a row.
Have we ever seen a player with this kind of impressive slam record, yet
so completely useless in every other slam she entered and tournament in general?
Alcaraz has 4 slams in men's game but he also has 2 semis and 3 Q/f in
less than 3 years. He also has 15 titles to his name so far. Carlos
also has won slams and tournaments on grass, hc and clay whereas Osaka
has won fuck all off hard court.
