• Putting checks on free speech can be twicky

The free speech absolutists of Finnskieland, the PerSu backwards tree
climbers, have suffered a serious setback in their efforts to curb free
    speech.

A bad PerSu person said of another bad and extremely dumb PerSu person
that "he should wear a dress instead of a suit". The extremely dumb
PerSu person, who is gay, was hurt. He also happens, despite or because
of the dumbness, to sit in the governing body of the talent party. The
first mentioned bad person was expelled from the party.

It seems that the bad person was not happy about this and decided to
take it to a court of lawski. Now, tingsrätt has ruled that terminating
the bad person's membership can not be consummated until
the court makes a decision whether the firing is lawful or not.

Had the bad person said "you should wear a dress instead of a suit" to a
random green marxist migrant, it would have been hunky dory. Party line
abuse of free speech. But since it was directed at one of the core
members of the party, a distinguished veteran of umpteen hate speech convictions, the party had to do what all absolutists eventually do:
    become relativists.

    Talent is talent.

So did you slip and hit your head or has your medication ran out again?
