No, it's not. Sinner got a "period of ineligibility". Not a suspension.
WADA accepted Sinner's explanations for the events, "Imma innocent!",
and didn't even go for a punishment. WADA wanted to gently remind Mr
Sinner that it is he, not his entourage, where the buck stops.
That's the official shuck and jive. Do what you wish with it.
